The German Newspaper "Die Deutsche Illustrierte", June 1926 - shows on the front page HRH Crown Prince of Romania, Carol, Left his first wife, Princess Ioana (born Lambrino) holding her son Prince Carol Mircea, Photo middle, Prince Michael, on the right, his mother the 2nd wife of the Crown Prince, Princess Elena (born Princess of Greece) -The question under the photos, "What is really happening in Romania" because nobody knew/understood who had the rights to be the King, Prince Carol Mircea or Prince Michael?

Translation enclosed Comment: This letter is very important because it is the declaration of the Consul General of Romania in Odessa, Russia-1918, which confirms the legality of the marriage of the Crown Prince of Romania to Aristocrat Ioana Valentina Lambrino. The Memoirs of the Prime Minister of Romania Vaida Voevod which confirms his earlier statements of the newspaper "EPOCA" of 1920 that Prince Carol Mircea is the first born son of King Carol II and that he was forced to give orders not to write on the Birth Certificate of Prince Carol Mircea the name of his father. A gross Human Rights abuse of first magnitude and the prime minister goes on to say that is was in fact o violation of our constitution and injustice and even declared that :"In front of God and the People", Carol Mircea is the son of the King, then Crown Prince.

Professor Berariu's letter which confirms that the Romanian constitution of 1923 must include conditions of marriages for the Royal Princes and Princesses of Romania as they did not before then. Therefore, the marriage of the Crown Prince Carol of Romania to Aristocrat Ioana Valentina Lambrino was not morganatic

Extract from the Monitorul Oficial (Romania Law Jurnal, which prints the newest laws) regarding the return of the exiled Prince Carol of Romania on the 8th of June 1930 when both the Senate and Deputy Chamber voted to annul the law of the 4th of January 1926 which deprived Prince Carol of his rights to the throne and confiscated all his properties and returned them to him (including the castle of Peles) and declared him King of Romania with the title "HM King Carol II of Romania".

Extract from the Monitor Oficial (Romania Law Journal, which prints the newest laws) march/april 1889 which declares that from this dates the name of the Royal Family will no longer be "de Hohenzollern" but will become "de Romania". After this all the princes and princesses of the Royal Family of Romania had written on their birth certificates the new family name "de Romania" of course with the title of Royal Highness and Prince and Princess

Here is a copy of the General Law Code of Romania -1926. In the chapter under the Royal family it decrees that all Prince and Princesses of Romania will need permission from the King before marrying. If they do not, they will lose their title and right to be part of the Royal family. This again confirms that when the Crown Prince Carol married Arist. Ioana Val. Lambrino in 1918 in Odessa, Russia, there where no conditions for royal marriages and therefore the marriage was not morganatic.

The Court of Appeal of Bucharest of the 1st of April 1999, upheld the decision of the Lower Court in favor of Prince Paul's father, Prince Carol Mircea of Romania. Again his younger brother, Ex. King Michael lost the process (executor).
